On Wednesday, June 15, 2016, at approximately 12:40 p.m., investigators with the Knoxville Police Department’s Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICAC) arrested Dustin Lee Dotson on one count of Solicitation of a Minor to Engage in Certain Sexual Conduct (Class C Felony). The arrest followed an ICAC investigation that showed Dotson had requested a 13-year-old female to send him nude photos of herself in addition to other lewd and vulgar sexual communications with the teen. Dotson was arrested without incident.
