Norman Allen Padgett, was arrested for Sexual Exploitation of a Minor (Class B Felony),after an investigation by the Knoxville Police Department Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force.
Padgett is being held on a $300,000 bond at the Roger D. Wilson Detention Facility.
